Option 2: SHH Furnishing Service

We coordinate complete furnishing with vendor relationships and bulk purchasing. Typical cost: $15,000-$20,000 depending on size.

Option 3: Hybrid Approach

You provide major furniture pieces you already own, we help source remaining items to meet standards.
